In order to find the inches you must multiply the number of feet by the number of inches in a foot (12). So you get 12 times 4 which equals 48
So your final answer is
48

There are 12 inches in a foot, so if we had 4 feet all you would have to do is multiply the feet by 12 to get the amount of inches. In this case it would be 4*12=48in
