The answer is
(a-b+2)/(abc^(3) )

The expression is
(a-1)/(abc^(3) ) + (3-b)/(abc^(3) )

Since
(a)/(x) + (b)/(x) = (a+b)/(x), then:

(a-1)/(abc^(3) ) + (3-b)/(abc^(3) ) = (a-1+3-b)/(abc^(3) )= (a-b-1+3)/(abc^(3) )=(a-b+2)/(abc^(3) )
