the answer is D
The solutions to equation 1 are x = 1, 2 and equation 2 has solutions x = 2, -3.2.
proof
for equation 1, use x=1, 2 to the
|2x _ 3| = 1
for equation 2, use x=2., -3.2 to the
|5x + 3| =13
