false. our eyes CAN be drawn tk the center but usually, if there's enough contrast or a bright sun or light in a corner, we look there. We also look at where the action is at.

When looking at the object , our mind tend to follow the rule to look at the General picture, which make us focused on the center of the photograph, then we'll try to see further details
