Answer: a) AA

Explanation:

Given: In right triangle JKL, m∠K = 44°.

In right triangle PQR, m∠Q = 44°=m∠K .

Since both the given triangles are right angle triangle.

Therefore, there must be one angle in both the triangles ΔJKL and ΔPQR have measures as 90°.

Therefore, by AA similarity criteria we can say that ΔJKL ≈ ΔPQR .

  • AA similarity postulate says that if any two angles of a triangle equals to the two angles of another triangle, then both the triangles are similar.
