First multiply both sides by two:


(x)/(2)*2+3*2\le 1*2

Simplify:


x+6 \leq 2

Subtract 6 from both sides:


x+6-6 \leq 2-6

Simplify again:


x \leq -4

Therefore, your solution should be:


(x)/(2)+3\le 1=(-∞, -4]
