A hypertonic solution outside of a cell has how much solute compared to the solution inside of a cell?

According to osmosis, water will move from a region of higher water potential to a lower water potential through a partially permeable membrane. So, if there is more solute outside the cell, water from the inside of the cell will exit the cell to balance the concentration. Hence, a hypertonic solution outside the cell has more solite compared to the solution inside the cell.
