Lateral surface area of a cylinder =

2\Pi rh

r = 13.4/2 = 6.7cm, h = 24cm

Lateral surface Area = 2 x 3.14 x 6.7cm x 24cm = 1009.824cm^2

= 1009.82cm^2 (nearest hundredth)
