Circumference of a circle =2πr (π≈3.14, r= radius)
Diameter of a circle =2r (r=radius)

circle p's circumference =2π(7)=14π
circle r's circumference=2π(8/2)=8π

14π/8π=7/4
Circle p's circumference is 1.75 times greater than circle r's circumference.

or

14π-8π=6π
Circle p's circumference is around 18.9 units longer than circle r's circumference
