Step #1: Simplify both sides of the inequality.
30>
5z−15
Step #2: Flip the equation.
5z−15
<30
Step #3: Add 15 to both sides.
5z−15
+15
<
30+15
5z<45
Step #4: Divide both sides by 5.
5z/5=45

Distribute the negative to get 30>-5z-15+10z
Combine like terms to get 30>5z-15+
Add 15 to each side to get 45>5z
Divide by 5 on each side to get that 9>z
Your answer will be 9>z
