Sum these angles is 90 degrees, because they are complementary:
∠ABC+
∠ABC=90 degrees
32 degrees + (29x) degrees = 90 degrees
32 + 29x = 90
29x = 90 - 32
29x = 58 /divide by 29
x = 2
