An art museum has 1,042 pictures to split equally into 45 different exhibits. How many more pictures does the museum need to make sure each exhibit has the same amount?

45x/45= 1,072/45

x= 23 (rounded)

but, 45(23) is only 1035, which makes 7 pictures left over

to use those 7 you need 38 more picture to divide it evenly (because 45-7 = 38)
