I'd say, and this is quite obvious, C. You wouldn't want dishonest relationships.

The correct answer is C.

One outcome that is not a benefit of being an assertive communicator would be creating dishonest relationships. This would not be a positive and useful thing at all. No one wants to create dishonest relationships with anyone as all you are creating is unsupportive, disloyal, negative relationships with people. Being an assertive communicator should be a positive thing.
