so since there are 2 placeholders, the answer are many, but we can make into slope intercept form to make it easier to solve (slope intercept form is y=mx+b)

15x-12y=60
15x-60-15y=0
15x-60=12y
12y=15x-60
divide both sides by 3
4y=5x-20
divide both sides by 4
y=5/4x-5

just put in values for x and get y so exg
(x,y)
0,-5
1,-15/4
2,-5/2
3,-5/4
4,0
and so on
