No matter what grade that I'm in, the gallon man always works for me...
one gallon = four quarts > one quart = 2 (or 4) pints > one pint = (2 or 4)
cups > just look it up if you don't know... one gallon = eight (or 16) pints

you can use quarts to convert
first do pints to quarts
then do quarts to gallons
