Cultural convergence means a mix of cultures, where members of each of them show respect for members of other cultures. In addition, each of them has the possibility and the tendency of enrichment by others. This means that everyone takes the "tastes and smells" of the other "ingredients", they become richer, and yet retain their basic "nutritional values", so they are still "nutritious" for other "ingredients". In other words, if we translate the example of stew into real life, cultural convergence means the coexistence of cultures, without endangering one another, with mutual enrichment with the values of others.
