To convert a fraction into a decimal, just divide the top by the bottom.
My math teacher taught us this: Bottom into top... Bottom into top.
Always remember when you are trying to convert a fraction to a deciaml you do: BOTTOM INTO TOP! :D

decimal means x/100

we know that 20 times 5=100 and and equivilent of a fraction is x/x or 1 so

3/20=3/20 times 5/5 so 15/100 or
15%
