If your slope is (2,0) and your y-intercept is (0,9), then your equation would be 2x+9 because y=mx+b.

The equation would look like this:
y=2x+9
I think that is what you are asking.
The equation is slope-intercept form: y=mx+b
Slope= m
y-intercept= b
