Solve x^2 – 2x – 15 = 0 using the zero product property.

A. x = –5, 3
B. x = 7, –1
C. x = 5, –3
D. x = –3, –4

You could just factor out the Trinomial and find the zeros of the equation,

x^2 - 2x -15 = (x - 5)(x + 3) = 0,

x - 5 = 0 and x + 3 = 0, so x = 5,-3 AKA answer choice C
