Steps:
1. Find the slope by using the slope formula
Y2-Y1
---------
X2-X1

-11 + 7
----------
-8 + 3
2.
-11 + 7= -4
-8 + 3= -5
3. Your slope is 4/5 (because you have to turn two negatives into a positive)
4. Now you do the point-slope formula
Y-Y1= m(x-x1)
Y +7=4/5 (x +3)
