Hydrogen compounds with O, F or N are the strongest at STP. Therefore, the answer out of these choices would be H2O, also known as water.

Answer: Option (1) is the correct answer.

Step-by-step explanation:

Oxygen, sulfur, selenium and tellurium are all group 8 elements. As we go gown the group there will be decrease in electronegativity of atoms.

Also, more is the electronegativity of an atom more it will attract the electrons towards itself. This will result in the formation of partial charges on the combining atoms. Thus, the molecule becomes polar.

Here, oxygen is the most electronargative out of the given options, so it will attract the electrons more towards itself. Hence, it will have the strongest hydrogen bonding at STP.
