Two rectangles have the same area. One says x + 3 and x + 1 and the other says x + 6 and x. What is the value of x?

(x+3)(x+1)=(x+6)(x)
x^2+x+3x+3=x^2+6x
x^2+4x+3=x^2+6x
4x+3=6x
3=2x
x=1.5
