Hello,
Shall we begin?
= ((850:680) -1 ) * 100%
=(1,25 - 1 ) * 100%
= 0,25 * 100%
= 25%
Answers: 25% increase of his original salary.

you would solve that as 850/680, which is 1.25, therefore 125%
