the answer is c .. because you turn ur percentage into a decimal which is 1.10 and multiply it by 165 and get 181.5 then u add 165to tht and get 346.5 then u multiply ur sales tax but u gotta turn it into a decimal which is .065 and u got 22.5225 and add tha t to 346.5 and u get 369.0225 and then ur dealing with money so u gotta round to the nearest hundredth
