Watch motivational videos and search for some workouts specifically for your problem. What I would suggest is to get a fitness trainer but if that is out of the budget, get in groups and do sone exercises with your friends and share exercises to do together. It's more fun that way. Or if your an introvert use dance fitness it's kinda fun or zumba, which is kinda the same. Eat healthier and more meat as it helps you to be full. Remember with reward comes patience, the more you push yourself the better you get it.
