The size of a jar of coffee is increased by one 1/5. The new size is later reduced by 1/5

Is the new jar smaller, the same size or larger than the original?

Explanation:

Example: say the original size is 100

increasing 100 by 1/5 is the same as increasing 100 by 20, so the new size is 120

reducing 120 by 1/5 is the same as reducing 120 by 24, so now the new size is 96.
