Cylinder:
First we need to find the radius which is 4 (half of 8)
Now we use the formula v=πr^2 h (where v is volume)
We have to substitute the values (I'm just going to put 16 instead of 4^2)
v=3.14*16*9
v=452.16

Cone:
We have to find the radius which is 4
Now we have to use the formula
v=πr^2 h/3
Now we substitute
v=3.14*16*6
v=301.44

Now we compare:
452.16:301.44
452.16/301.44=1.5
1.5:1

The relationship is the volume of the cylinder is 150% of the volume of the cone.

Hope this helps :)
