A cyclist rides his bike at a speed of 18 miles per hour. What is this speed in feet per second? How many feet will the cyclist travel in 10 seconds? In your computations, use the fact that 1 mile is equal to 5280 feet. Do not round your answers.

Just a bunch of conversions 18 miles per hour x 5280=95040 feet per hour, now lets change to feet per minute 95040/60=1584 feet per minute, now to the second 1584/60=26.4 feet per second For 10 seconds just move decimal point to the right, 264 feet per 10 seconds
