Are you asking what is 60% of 65?

65×.6
6×60=360
5×6=30
360+30=390.
I multiplied by 6 to make it easier (you can do it in your head). However, you have to multiply by .6 so you have to move the decimal to the left once.
390.00
39 is the answer.
