Answer: True

Explanation: JJ Thomson discovered electrons but he could not explain the position of the electrons. Rutherford explained that the electrons revolve around the nucleus but he also could not explained the further consequences.

After this, Bohr explained that the electrons do revolve around the nucleus but in a certain defined location known as Orbitals.

Thus the probability of finding the electron is maximum in these orbitals.
