We need to plot a line that has a y- intercept of 3 and a slope of -3/5

The general equation of the line is : y = m *x + b

Where m is the slope and b is y - intercept

So,


\begin{gathered} b=3 \\ m=-(3)/(5) \end{gathered}

The equation of the line will be :


y=-(3)/(5)x+3
