The answer is D. 1.4 . 2

Melinda wants to make 40% MORE. Since one serving is 100 %, after adding to it 40% more it is 140%:
100% + 40% = 140%
140% = 140/100 = 1.4
Since 1.4 is for 1 tsp, for 2 tsp it will be: 1.4 · 2
