Proportional - a change in one quantity implies a corresponding change in the other; when one quantity is equal to

In mathematics, two variables are proportional if a change in one is always accompanied by a change in the other, and if the changes are always related by use of a constant multiplier. Hope this answers the question. Have a nice day. Feel free to ask more questions.
