z= ( x - µ ) / σ:
x= 65-->z= -1.11; P(X< 65 )= P(z< -1.11)=0.133260;

x= 72-->z= 1.48; P(X> 72 )= P(z> 1.48)=0.069239

x= 60-->z= -2.96;x= 72-->z= 1.48;
P( 60 <X< 72 )= P(-2.96<z< 1.48) = 0.929237

tallest 5% is taller than 95%
.9500 = P(Z< 1.645)= P(X< 72.4411 )
