1. If you are referring to your hand and/or foot motion,then you should start with the heel of your foot and your hands should move simultaneously with each of your steps.
2. Taking frequent breaks and doing stretches will relieve neck tension.
3. Your arms should swing-swing from forward to backwards, hung down below your sides while walking.
4. If you make a tight fist while walking, it will create tension in the hands, arms and shoulders.
