Well, the air and the ice cube, you never said the stove was on.
Well if the stove was on; then the pan would be heating the ice cube, and the water, and probably by the time of ten minutes it will all be evaporated.

If the pot is hot the energy will heat the ice cube melting the the ice then it will boil and then steam
