use bodmas
division comes first in this case(9 divided by 4=2.25)
then multiply 5 x 9\7=6.4
the answer is 6.4-2.25=4.15

5×9/7 - 9 ÷ 4
= 45/7 - 9 ÷ 4
= 4/5/28
