Period 4 of the periodic table contains the elements potassium,calcium,and copper. Which is the least reactive ?

Copper would be the least reactive element. In the periodic table, reactivity decreases from left to right and increases from top to bottom. This being said, Potassium is an alkali metal, Calcium is an alkaline earth metal, and Copper is a transition metal. Copper is placed lower than hydrogen in the activity series of metals, which means that it is less reactive than hydrogen. Therefore, it does't react with HCl.

Out of those 3 elements the least reactive would be Calcium.
