Two lines are parallel if they have the same slope.
You have to calculate the slope for each pair, and if the slope is equal -3 the segment is parallel to MN.
For example:
TU: slope=(10-1)/(5-8)=9/-3= -3 then TU is parallel to MN
For WX:
slope =(0-6)/(4-2)= -6/2 = -3 then WX is parallel to MN
IF you do the same for PQ and RS you will get a diferent value for slope.
