The correct answer is option (B) b - c - a then d.

Mitosis is a type of cell division occuring in the somatic cells of the body in which a cell divides into two daughter cells. Cell cycle consists of the interphase, mitotic phase (M phase) and the cytokinesis. M phase is divided into the prophase, metaphase, anaphase and telophase. In the image given above, the correct labelling is as follows-

b- prophase. Prophase is the first stage of mitosis characterized the condensation of the chromatin, disappearance of the nucleolus, nucleus and the appearance of the spindle fibres.

c- metaphase- Metaphase is characterized by the alignment of the chromosomes on the metaphasic plate across the equator of the mitotic spindle.

a- anaphase- Anaphase is characterized by the synchronous spiltting of the centromere and the separated chromatids start moving towards the poles.

d- telophase- Telophase is characterized by the formation of two nuclei, appearance of the nucleolus, nuclear envelop and the decondensation of the chromosomes.

B) b - c - d - a
The chromosomes multiply, line up, are pulled apart by microfilaments, then the microfilaments break down.
