Recall that a prime number is any number that has only factors of itself and one (excluding the number one). Keeping this in mind, we get the numbers
2, 3, 5, 7.
Out of these four, three are prime, so our first answer is simply 3/10 (because there are ten numbers), or letter A.

Now, looking at our perfect squares above zero, which are numbers which have factors that can be multiplied by themselves to get the number, we get the following:
1, 4, 9
Once again, that's three numbers that fit the bill, so once again our value will be 3/10, or letter A.
