Answer:

Equation of line is:

y= 2x+2

Explanation:

Let equation of line be y=mx+c

where c is the y-intercept and m is the slope

We are given y-intercept=2

i.e. c=2

x-intercept= -1

i.e. when y=0 , x= -1

Putting y=0, x= -1 and c=2 in y=mx+c

0= -m+2

⇒ m=2

Hence, equation of line is:

y= 2x+2
