Based on chapters 3 and 4 of The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, Mr. Hyde does not appear to value the same morals and standards by which most people live. If the reader concludes that Mr. Hyde is at odds with these beliefs a great deal of the time, this would be an example of ?

character vs. self.
character vs. character.
character vs. society.
character vs. nature.

This would be an example of character vs. society. This character. Mr. Hyde, has different opinions than the rest of the society which disagrees with him. Thus, his conflict is with the entire society, not with himself, or another character, or nature itself. No, he has a problem with the entire population of his town, or all people around him. Hope this helps. Let me know if you need additional help!
