In modern society, when we refer to the division of labor, we are generally talking about "c. All the jobs people do are connected to other jobs," since this allows for job specialization that helps productivity.

division of labour is when work is divided and each member gets different task to tackle(eg.today u might work on packaging,and tommorow different task)while specialization is specializing on one task
