Is -20 an integer and a rational number?

Yes -20 would be an integer and a rational number.

All integers are considered rational numbers.
An integer is a whole number that is not fractional that can be negative, positive or zero. A rational number is a number that can be written as a ratio/ fraction. So -20 would be both since it's a whole number but can also be written as a fraction ( -20/1 ) .

Yes it would be both, since -20 is a integer it automaitcally makes it a rational number but be CAREFUL not all rational numbers are integers
