6/24=1/4
1/4=.75
1/4=.75

A. Yes. They form a proportion.
Because: 1/4, 6/24.
Reduce 6/24 to lowest terms. 6 into 6 is 1 and 6 into 24 is 4.
6/24 = 1/4. This is same as the other 1/4.
