Paying attention to gestures and expressions, because they can point you to what they mean and you can tell their emotion.

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Communication refers to the adequate way of exchanging ideas. When communication takes place between two individuals that do not share the same language, vocabulary and expressions can be an impediment to a right understanding. Listening attentively can enhance comprehension. What I consider the most important is to pay close attention to body language and non-verbal ways of transmitting an idea. This involves facial expressions and a proper interpretation of that allow the listener to identify emotions and tone.
