Im confused about this part of the work

Okay well they are connected in this way.
Christianity is connected to the Crusades, The Holy Land is located where Islam is the most prevalent.
There currently is a conflict between the different sectors of Island. The results of the Crusades was mass death. I would answer it something that, explain how they are connected.
