Mole ratio:
3 Cu(s) + 8 HNO₃
(aq) = 3 Cu(NO
₃
)
₂
(s) + 2 NO(g) + 4 H
₂
O(l)
3 moles Cu(NO
₃)₂ ----------------- 4 moles H₂O
3.3 moles Cu(NO₃)₂ ---------------- ??
moles H₂O = 3.3 x 4 / 3
moles H₂O = 13.2 / 3
=>
4.4 moles of H₂O
