Its just the equation you are given but reversed and since they are the same numbers, you will get the same answer either way you do the problem, hope this helps you lol.

it basically means that the order in how you multiply doesnt matter. so wether u type 5 x 4 or 4 x 5 in ur calculator, you'll get the same answer either way. this works for when you want to multiply and divide, but not when you wanna subtract or divide.
